A service offer

Fractional SDR / BDR management.

Your outbound team, professionally run — without a full-time hire.

Most SDR teams don't need another agency. They need a manager — someone who builds the playbook, coaches the reps, cleans up the CRM, and owns the number. I do that on a flat 6- or 12-month contract, priced by team size and scope.

Based in Orange County, CA · remote-friendly 6- and 12-month engagements

Who it's for

Teams that have SDRs but not a manager.

You already hired the reps — one, three, maybe eight. What you don't have is someone who lives inside the outbound motion every day: setting cadence, listening to calls, cleaning the CRM, running the 1:1s, and turning activity into pipeline you can forecast.

A full-time director of sales development runs $150K–$220K fully loaded and takes months to hire. A fractional engagement gives you 20–30 hours a week of that same senior-manager attention, starting in a week, on a flat contract you can budget in one line.

I've built and run outbound motions inside medical device and B2B — and my day job for a decade has been the systems underneath: Zoho and other CRMs, sequencing tools, dialers, dashboards, and the automation that keeps reps selling instead of clicking.

What's included

Full management, not advisory.

  1. 01 Team leadership Weekly 1:1s, daily stand-ups, call coaching, and a quota structure your reps actually understand. I own the number and the ramp, not just the strategy deck.
  2. 02 Playbook & sequences ICP refinement, messaging by segment, and multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that get tested, iterated, and versioned — not left to each rep to invent.
  3. 03 CRM & tooling overhaul Full audit and cleanup of your Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce stack, plus the sequencer, dialer, and data provider layer. Fewer tools, cleaner data, and reporting you'd show a board.
  4. 04 Marketing & sales SLA A working handoff between marketing and SDRs — MQL definitions, lead routing, and the feedback loop that keeps both sides honest about quality vs. quantity.
  5. 05 Reporting & forecasting Weekly pipeline reviews, monthly board-ready reporting, and cost-per-meeting and cost-per-opportunity numbers you can defend to a CFO.
  6. 06 Hiring & ramp support Scorecards, interview loops, and a 30/60/90 ramp plan for any new SDR — plus the option to hand off to a full-time director I've helped you hire.

How it works

The first 90 days.

Week 1–2

Audit & align

Sit with your reps, listen to calls, dig into the CRM and sequencer. Deliver a written audit — what's working, what's leaking, and the six-month plan.

Week 3–6

Rebuild the motion

Ship the new playbook, sequences, CRM hygiene, and reporting stack. Coach the reps through the transition without stopping outbound activity.

Week 7–12

Run & refine

Own the number. Weekly reviews, monthly reporting, and continuous iteration on messaging and targeting. By day 90 you have a motion you can measure and defend.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Why not just hire a full-time SDR manager?

You should — eventually. Fractional makes sense when the team is 1–5 reps, when you haven't proven the motion yet, or when you can't justify a $180K hire on a pipeline that isn't yet predictable. I'll help you hire the full-time replacement when the time comes.

How is this different from an SDR agency?

Agencies rent you reps. I don't. Your SDRs stay yours — I manage them, build your systems, and leave you with a functioning team instead of a dependency on someone else's roster.

Do you work with our CRM or only Zoho?

Zoho is my deepest expertise, but I work fluently across HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and the usual dialer and data stack. If you use it, I've probably rebuilt it before.

Can we exit early if it's not working?

Yes — a 30-day exit clause kicks in after month 3. Before that, we're in onboarding and rebuild mode and both sides need the runway to see results.

How many clients do you take on at once?

Three or four, max. Fractional only works if I have the hours to actually manage the team. Beyond that it becomes advisory, which isn't what you're paying for.
